Wolfville, N.S – On August 15, 2009, food enthusiasts will have an opportunity to experience a once in a lifetime summer dining event at Slow Food Nova Scotia’s premier fundraiser for the SLOW MOTION Food Film Fest.

“In celebration of the hit film Bottle Shock, which will be screened at SLOW MOTION, Craig and I will recreate signature dishes from famous American Chefs,” says Chef Michael Howell. “The dishes will be paired with flagship American wines selected by Bishop’s Cellar.”
