Wild Irish Buttery Squirrel
1 oz vodka
1 oz butterscotch schnapps
½ oz amaretto
½ oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice. Shake until ice cold, and pour into a chilled ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Serve.
Irish Pancake
This drink tastes like a stack of buttery pancakes. Quite enjoyable.
2 oz Guinness® stout
2 oz DeKuyper® Buttershots liqueur
Mix equal parts of Guinness and Buttershots in a cocktail glass (or mug, shot glass etc), and serve.
Irish Rootbeer
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/2 oz amaretto
1 splash Bacardi® 151 rum
1/2 pint Guinness® stout
Fill a shot glass half with Kahlua, half with amaretto, and a splash of Bacardi 151 rum. Drop it into a pint of Guinness, and serve.
Lucky Charm
1 oz Tequila
1 oz vodka
1 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
1 splash sweet and sour mix
Add all to a glass over ice, shake and strain into rocks glass, shoot and enjoy.
