Bird on a Bun (Turkey Patties)

 1 Pound Turkey or Chicken, ground
 1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs, dry
 1/3 Cup Carrots, grated
 1 Tsp Salt
 1/4 Tsp Pepper
 1/2 Tsp Thyme
 1/4 Cup Hot Water
 As needed Vegetable Oil
 1 Tsp Chicken Bouillon

Instructions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients into a bowl.  Dissolve bouillon powder
in hot water and add to meat mixture.  Shape into patties
(approx. 1/2" thick).  Brush with oil and cook over medium grill.
Heat until browned and no pink remains in meat, about 8 to 10
minutes per side.  Note:  Baste with oil as patties are likely to
be dry.
