Italian Chicken

 6 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breasts
 2 Cups Rice, cooked
 1/3 Cup Onion
 1 Can Mushrooms
 1 Small can Tomato Paste
 1 Pkg Mozarella Cheese, shredded
 1 Tbsp Magarine
 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
 1/4 Tsp Oregano
 1/3 Cup Red Bell Pepper
 1/3 Cup Green Pepper
 1 Can Tomatoes, mashed

Instructions:
Bake chicken breasts (in microwave or regular oven).  Cook
rice.  Cook vegetables and mushrooms in margarine leaving
them crispy.  In a large bowl mash tomatoes, add tomato
paste and spices.  Add vegetable and mushroom mixture to
tomato mixture.  Place rice in the bottom of 9 x 12 cake pan
(glass or metal).  Place chicken on top of rice.  Top rice and
chicken with tomato mixture.  Top with grated cheese.  Place
in oven at 350 degrees or in microwave until cheese is melted.
