1 Whole Green Pepper
1 Whole Onion
1 Whole Tomato
1 Jar Olives
1 Bag Nacho Chips
3 Whole EdenValley Herb & Garlic Breasts, cubed
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Jar Salsa Sauce
1 Pkg Sour Cream
Instructions:
Cook cubed chicken according to package instructions.
Spread nachos in a 13 x 9 dish, cover with green peppers,
onion, tomato olives, cooked chicken, and cheese. Put in oven
at 400 degrees until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream
and salsa.
