1 Pound EdenValley Boneless Breast, skinless
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Basil, dried
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Cup Lowfat Yogurt
Instructions:
Cut chicken into 32 1" pieces. In small bowl, combine cheese,
dry bread crumbs and seasoning; mix well. Dip chicken into
yogurt, then crumb mixture, coat thoroughly; shake off loose
crumbs. Conventional oven. Place coated chicken bits on
ungreased non-stick baking pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for
about 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Microwave: Place
10 – 12 coated bites in circular pattern on microwave safe
plate. Cover with wax paper and cook at medium high for 3 – 4
minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Repeat twice for remaining
pieces.
