2 Pounds Chicken Drumsticks
2 Tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Tandoori Chicken Powder
4 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Whole Onion
4 Whole Lemons, sliced
Instructions:
Mix salt, tandoori powder. Skin drumsticks and rub half of
seasoning mix on each side of drumsticks, prick the meat with
a fork. Pour half the oil over the meat, place under the grill on
low heat until slightly brown and then turn over and pour on
remaining oil. Cook until both side are brown and tender. Pour
lemon juice over chicken and fry rings of onion in oil. Place
drumsticks on a bed of onion rings and lemon slices.
