1 Pkg EdenValley Herb & Garlic Breasts
2 Cup Broccoli
2 Cup Cauliflower
2 Cup Carrots
1 Cup Celery
2 Whole Onion
1 Cup Green Pepper
1 Jar Honey and Garlic Sauce
2 Cup Rice, cooked
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
Slice vegetables and set aside. Slice chicken in strips and
cook in wok or frying pan until brown. Stir in cauliflower,
celery, broccoli, carrots and cook about 20 minutes. Then add
remaining vegetables and cook for an additional 10 minutes or
until tender. Add about 1 cup honey garlic sauce. Heat and
serve over rice. Enjoy.
