Cook Time: 5-8 hours Number of Servings:

 1 Whole Rooster
 1/2 Pound Bacon

Instructions:
Layer bacon over rooster and bake at a very slow rate of 200
degrees for 5-6 hours.  Baste often.  May take longer, it
depends on the size of the rooster.
