Ingredients1/2 cup Kraft Light Done Right! House Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup torn mint leaves
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
Directions
Mix dressing, honey and soy sauce with wire whisk until well blended; set aside.
Toss lettuce, carrots and mint leaves. Arrange on 4 plates. Top with chicken; drizzle with dressing mixture.
For a flavor twist, substitute 1/2 cup torn cilantro or flat leaf parsley for the mint.
For added crunch, sprinkle with chopped peanuts or toasted sesame seed.
