Ingredients
1 Kg peeled potatoes
¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ Cup Water
¾ Cup Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Crushed Garlic
½ Tbsp Paprika
½ Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
¼ Cup Melted Butter
Method
Cut the peeled potatoes into 4 wedges each. Mix rest of ingredients together and toss potatoes in mixture.
Place in a large baking pan. Bake approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
