Ingredients
2 1/3 cups canola oil
2 1/3 cups vinegar, preferably rice vinegar
2 1/3 cups lemon juice
2 1/3 cups tomato juice, salt-free
2 1/2 Tbsp garlic, minced
3 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 cup parsley, chopped
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large non-aluminum container. Chill and mix well
before tossing with lettuce. Makes 100 servings.
