Treat your guests to some easy-to-prepare finger foods. In the summer these
can be cooked over charcoal on an outdoor grill.
Ingredients
24 Mussels, cooked/shucked
¼ tsp (1ml) salt
¼ tsp (1ml) pepper
¼ tsp (1ml) NN paprika
12 slices of PC bacon, cut in halves
Sprinkle mussels lightly with salt, pepper and paprika. Roll in bacon strips,
fasten with wooden toothpicks and arrange on a wire rack. Bake in 400°F
(200°C) oven for 15 minutes. Turn and bake until bacon is crisp (approximately 10 minutes).
