Ingredients:
7 oz salmon fillet
Olive oil
1 pinch of salt and pepper
3 oz of maple syrup
Directions:
1. Coat the bottom of the frying pan with oil.
2. Place the salmon in the hot pan. Cook for
1min.
3. Turn salmon and reduce heat to med.
Cook for 5 min.
4. Place ginger on top of salmon.
5. Pour lime juice on top of the salmon.
6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top of the salmon.
7. Pour maple on the salmon.
Heat to a simmer and serve.
