Founder’s House Dining and Drinks

We are an intimate fine dining restaurant situated in historic Annapolis Royal specializing in modern farm to table cuisine. We work very closely with local farmers and artists in order to give our guests a true sense of our unique terroir. Many of the herbs we use in the restaurant are grown on site and foraged locally.
Our wine cellar is stocked with the best of Nova Scotia and a fairly technical cocktail program, with non alcoholic options.

We operate from May to October and dot the rest of the year with special ticketed events like New Years Eve and Valentines day.
