1 Whole EdenValley Roasting Chicken
1 Whole Lemon
4-5 Cloves Garlic
Pinch Parsley
Pinch Thyme
Pinch Rosemary
Instructions:
Cut ends off of lemon. Pierce lemon several times with knife
or fork. Peel garlic cloves. Place lemon and garlic inside the
cavity of Eden Valley Roasting Chicken. Cover with parsley,
rosemary and thyme. Roast in 350 oven for approximately 2
hours. Baste occasionally while cooking. The finished
chicken will have a slight hint of lemon. Gravy can be made.
