Oven Crisp Chicken

 2 Pounds IQF Boneless Breast
 1/2 Cup Oil
 2 Cups Potato Chips, crushed
 1 Tsp Paprika

Instructions:
Dip chicken in oil making sure it is well coated.  Mix chips and
paprika and dip chicken in mixture until it is well coated.  Put
chicken in shallow baking dish.  Cook 350 degrees uncovered
for about 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
