 3 Pounds Chicken, cut-up
 1 Dash Salt
 1 Dash Pepper
 1 Can Peaches
 1/2 Cup Ketchup
 3 Tbsp Soup Sauce
 1/2 Cup Vinegar
 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
 1 Tsp Ginger

Instructions:
Place chicken in baking pan.  Season with salt and pepper. 
Puree peaches with syrup.  Add rest of ingredients.  Pour over
chicken and cover tightly.  Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Serve with rice.
