Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus, bottoms removed.
2 lemons – juice and zest
Fresh ground pepper
2 tbs. olive oil
Splash of Jalapeno Tabasco sauce
Preheat grill.
Toss asparagus with lemon juice, ground pepper and olive oil.
Allow to sit for half an hour. Drain oil and place on rack.
Allow about 30 seconds and then turn allowing to color.
Remove from heat and add lemon zest, a few shots of Jalapeno Tabasco and a sprinkle of salt.
