Chicken Pizza

 2 1/4 Cups Tea Biscuit Mix
 1/2 Cup Milk
 2 Tbsp Oil
 2 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast, skinned
 1 1/2 Cups Onion, chopped
 1 Whole Green Pepper
 1 Whole Red Peppers
 1 1/2 Cups Spaghetti Sauce
 2 Tsp Parsley Flakes
 1 Tsp Oregano
 1/2 Cup Olives
 2 Cups Mozarella Cheese, shredded

Instructions:
Crust:  Stir biscuit mix and milk together to make a ball.  Pat
onto greased pizza pan.  Topping:  Heat oil in frying pan.  Chop
chicken into bite size pieces and sauté with onions and
peppers.  Stir in herbs with spaghetti sauce and spoon over
dough.  Pour chicken mixture over sauce and add olives and
cheese.  Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is
brown.
