Ingredients:
2 medium onions
6 cloves of garlic
4 stalks of celery
6 ounces of margarine
1 cup of dried cranberries
4 – 6 cups of cubed bread
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
dice onions, garlic and celery
sauté in melted margarine
add seasoning and cranberries, sauté for another 5 minutes
pour mixture over cubed bread
mix thoroughly, let cool
Stuffing is ready. Serving suitable for about a 15 lb turkey
