4 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast, skinless
1/4 Cup Orange Marmalade
2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Ginger, ground
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
8 Ounces Bacon, sliced
24 Toothpicks
Instructions:
Cut chicken breasts lengthwise, and then cut each half into 6
chunks. In bowl mix chicken, marmalade, soya sauce, salt,
ginger & garlic powder; set aside. Put bacon on rack in
broiling pan. Broil bacon 4 minutes, turning once. Cut each
slice crosswise in half. Wrap each piece of chicken with a
piece of bacon. Secure bacon to chicken with toothpick; broil
5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender, turning nuggets once
& brushing with mixture.
It is recommended to remove the toothpicks before serving.
