Chicken and Pasta Salad

 1/2 Tsp Salt
 3/4 Tsp Basil
 1 Cup Pasta
 2 Ounces Orange Juice
 1 Ounce Parsley
 1 Whole Tomato
 1 Pint Chicken
 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
 1/4 Tsp Orange Peel
 1/4 Tsp White Pepper
 1 1/2 Tsp White Wine Vinegar

Instructions:
Combine the cottage cheese, orange juice (requires1/4 cup
plus 2 more tsp.), white wine vinegar, basil, salt and white
pepper.  Grate orange peel.  Stir into the prepared paste and
mix together with 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken, chopped
tomato and chopped parsley.  Refrigerate for 1 hour before
serving.
