Tropical Chicken Salad

 2 Tsp Curry
 3 Tbsp Salsa Sauce
 1 Whole Lettuce
 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
 1/3 Cup Almonds
 2 Whole Apple, chopped
 1 Whole Avocado
 2 Cups Chicken, diced, cooked
 1/2 Cup Coconut
 2 Ounces Raisins
 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine salsa, curry, and mayonnaise.  In a
separate bowl, combine cooked, chopped chicken, chopped
apples, crushed pineapple, chopped almonds, shredded
coconut, and golden raisins.  Stir the mayonnaise mixture into
the chicken mixture.  Serve on lettuce leaves with sliced
avocado.
