Kalamata Olive & Asiago Cheese Crostini

Ingredients
French baguette    ½ loaf
Butter, melted     2 oz
Basil leaves, chopped    50
Tomato concasse(peeled & chopped)  4 oz
Garlic, chopped    2 tsp
Kalamata olives, pitted & chopped  15
Asiago cheese, grated    2 oz

Directions
1) Slice the bread ¼ inch thick.
2) Brush the bread slices with butter and bake until golden and crisp.
3) Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4) Spread 1 Tbsp of the mixture on each slice of bread.  Place under the broiler or salamander until hot and the cheese is melted, approximately 2 minutes.
