BBQ Chicken (from Scratch)

Cook Time: Number of Servings: 8
6 Pounds 9 Cut Chicken Pieces or Preferred Cut
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Apple Juice
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except for the chicken to make glaze.
Add chicken pieces, turning to coat. Let stand for 30 minutes.
BBQ pieces on grill turning and brushing often with glaze.
Pre-cooking chicken pieces saves time. Cook chicken in a covered
roaster at 350 degrees until barely tender. May be chilled until needed.
