EdenValley Chicken with Lemon and Parsley

 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
 2 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
 2 Tbsp Parsley
 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
 1 Dash Salt
 1 Dash Pepper
 4 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast, skinless

Instructions:
In a glass bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice,
Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.  Pour
mixture over chicken and let marinade at room temperature for
at least 30 minutes before grilling.  Place chicken over
medium-high heat and cook, turning once, for 10 minutes or
until cooked through.
I serve this delicious dish to my family with a helping of Caesar salad,
French bread, strawberry shortcake for dessert and a tall glass of cold
water for a beverage.  It's a big hit!
