Maple Pecan Pie

Ingredients
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup packed maple sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/16 teaspoon salt
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell


Directions

Mix eggs, syrup, sugar, butter, flour, vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth with a rotary
beater. Stir in nuts. Fill pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
