4 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast
1 Bottle Catalina Dressing
1/3 Cup Dry White Wine
1/2 Cup Green Grapes, seedless and sliced
2 Cups Rice, cooked
Instructions:
Cut chicken into strips, cook chicken in 1/2 cup dressing over
medium heat until browned. Mix remaining dressing and wine,
add grapes. Stir mixture into chicken, heat 1-2 minutes,
remove from heat, serve over rice.
