Ingredients
12oz – Lobster Meat- cooked
2 tbls – CATTLEMEN`S "GOLD" BARBECUE SAUCE
1 Tbls – FRANK`S REDHOT"CHILI`n LIME" SAUCE
10oz – nn Cream Cheese
4oz – PC Mayonnaise
Green Onion – chiffonade
Directions
Chop lobster in small pieces.
Blend CATTLEMEN`S "GOLD" BARBECUE SAUCE, Cream Cheese,
FRANK`S REDHOT"CHILI`n LIME", Mayonnaise and Green onion.
Fold in Lobster and place mixture in a serving dish and refrigerate.
Serve with crackers or toast rounds
