1/4 Cup Butter, melted
1/3 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Dijon Mustard
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
1/4 Tsp Chilli Peppers
3 Tsp Curry Powder
To taste Salt
To taste Pepper
6 Pieces EdenValley Boneless Breast, skinless
Instructions:
Mix everything together except chicken. Cover chicken with
mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Turn over and cover with
sauce. Bake for another 20 – 25 minutes.
Serve over rice or fettuccine.
