Red Hot `Rita`

Ingredients
2 lime wedges
Superfine or bar sugar
1 ½ ounces (3 tablespoons) tequila
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) triple sec
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ½ teaspoons superfine or bar sugar
½ teaspoon Frank’s® RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce 


Directions
1.
Rub the rim of margarita glass or large martini glass with a lime wedge. 
Place some superfine sugar in a small shallow plate and dip the glass rim in the sugar to coat the edge.
 
2. Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with cracked ice. Add tequila, triple sec, lime 
juice, sugar and Frank’s RedHot Sauce. Shake well and strain into glass; garnish with a lime wedge. Makes 1 serving (2/3 cup)
