2 Cups Long Grain Rice, uncooked
3 1/2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Soya Sauce
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 Whole Onion, chopped
1 Can Mushroom Pieces, drained
1 Whole Green Pepper, chopped
1 Stalk Celery, chopped
3 Cups Chicken, diced, cooked
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Cook covered, in casserole at 350
degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
