Chicken Stroganoff

 2 Tbsp Oil, for frying
 2 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast, cut in strips
 1 Cup Onion, chopped
 2 Tbsp Flour
 1/2 Tsp Salt
 1/4 Tsp Pepper
 1/2 Tsp Paprika
 1/2 Tsp Parsley Flakes
 1 1/4 Cups Water
 1 Cup Sour Cream
 2 Cups Mushrooms, sliced
 1 Tbsp Beef Bouillon

Heat cooking oil in frying pan.  Add mushrooms, chicken and
onion.  Sauté until no pink remains in meat and onions are soft.

Mix in next 6 ingredients.  Stir in water until it boils and
thickens.  Add sour cream.  Stir.  Heat without boiling.  Serve
with noodles or rice.
This is good enough to eat by itself but to make it go further serve it
with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
