Baked Clams Casino
Ingredients
24 - Cherrystone Clams
1/4cup - PC Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove - Garlic, minced
1 med.- Onion, chop fine
1 med.- Red Pepper, chop fine
1 med.- Green Pepper, chop fine
8 oz - PC Bacon Bits
2 tbls- FRANK`S RedHot- HOTTER- you can adjust the heat add more or less
Directions
Place oil and garlic in saucepan and heat.
Add all vegetables and cook 3 minutes and
add bacon bits and FRANK`S "HOTTER RedHot" and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.
Wash Clams and shuck, save clam and juice in 1/2 shell
Top each clam with mixture and bake 12minutes at 350 F. or place on a tray
and cook on the BBQ grill
