48 – Cherrystone Clams – washed
1/4 cup – PC Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 cloves – Garlic, sliced
1 med. – Onion, sliced thin
1 cup – Beer, Pale Ale
1 cup – PC Organic Chicken Broth
1 cup – FRANK`S RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
Parsley Flakes – Fresh
Lemon Wedges
2 – PC Baguettes
Directions
Simmer oil, garlic and onion 3 minutes
Add Clams, beer and chicken broth simmer 5 minutes
Add FRANK`S RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
Add Parsley and simmer till Clams are open- ready to serve.
DISCARD any unopened clams. Portion clams and broth and
serve with a lemon wedge and a slice of bread
