10 Ounce Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Spears
1/2 Cup Onion, sliced
1 Can Water
1/2 Cup Red Peppers, sliced
4-6 Whole Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless
8-10 Slices Bacon
To taste Spices
As needed Flour, for coating
Instructions:
Slice bacon into 2 " lengths, fry crisply, drain, set aside. Roll
chicken pieces in flour and spices to taste, as desired. Brown
in pan, set aside. Stir-fry onions, broccoli, red peppers and
mushrooms. Mix soup and water together, add to stir-fried
veggies when done. Add chicken and simmer 20 – 35 minutes
until done. Serve over noodles and top with crisp bacon.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
