Mussels Frank Diavolo

Ingredients
3 pounds- Mussels- washed and cleaned
1/4 cup- Olive Oil
3 cloves- Garlic, sliced
1 large- Onion- diced
1 med.- Green Pepper- diced
1 med.- Red Pepper- diced
1 14oz can- Diced Tomato w/puree
1 Tbls- Pesto
1/2 cup- FRANK`S RedHot Chili`n Lime Sauce
2 cup- Shellfish Broth
Fresh Parsley & Basil- chiffinade for garnish
3 pound- Pasta- Linguini, Fettuccini or your choice
Parmesan Cheese
2- Baguettes
 
Directions
Simmer oil, garlic, onion &peppers for 3 minutes.
Add Mussels, Tomatoes and Pesto simmer and mix for 3 minutes.
Add Shellfish Broth and simmer.
Add FRANK`S RedHot Chili`n Lime Sauce
DISCARD any unopened mussels.
Table service in either family style or 6-8 portions.
Sprinkle with Parsley/Basil. Sprinkle with cheese
Sliced Bread and butter
**This recipe can be prepared with other shellfish or combination of shellfish.
