Three Signature gio Dishes

Print Recipe
Three signature gio dishes include:

Sable Fish - marinated in miso and sake, seared and served topped
with fresh cape gooseberries, sided by Chinese sticky rice, shitake
mushrooms, gai lan and edamame beans drizzled with sweet soya.

Pulled Lamb - presented like finely manicured topiary trees, spheres of tender braised lamb are surrounded by chevre, lightly crusted with basil, spinach and panko and sit atop roasted pineapple, finished with
a pour of port syrup.

The Split - A classic dessert goes contemporary. A brown sugar brûléed banana suspended in a frozen maple scented zabaglione is topped with fresh chocolate and strawberry ice creams; artistically surrounded with nut brittle and peanut gelée, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, diced berries and chocolate ribbons.

The bar at gio is also a definite highlight. It offers up an extensive array of infused cocktails and martinis as well as an impressive wine list.

gio is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday as well as for dinner on Saturdays. The average meal ranges from $20 to $50. Valet Parking is available and reservations, although not required are recommended.
