EdenValley Chicken

Cook Time: 45 minutes Number of Servings:

 2 Cups Flour
 2 Tsp Salt
 1 Tsp Pepper
 4 Tsp Paprika
 1 Tsp Basil
 3 Tbsp Accent
 1 Tbsp Dry Mustard
 1/2 Tsp Oregano
 1/2 Tsp Thyme
 1 Tsp Ginger
 5 Pounds EdenValley Boneless Breast

Instructions:
Mix all the above together in a bowl.  Beat 2 or 3 eggs, put in a
bowl.  Dip chicken in egg mixture then in dry mix to coat.  Deep
 fry for 5 minutes.  Place chicken on racks on a sheet and
bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
