FRANK`S Clam Stew

Ingredients
5 pound – Clams, smaller the better (wash clams)
1/4 cup – PC Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 cloves – Garlic, thin sliced
2 pound – PC Italian Sausage, med. to hot (your preference) 1inch diced
1/2 cup- FRANK`S RedHot Chili`n Lime Sauce
1 pound – Plum Tomato- diced and save juice
1 large – Onion- diced
1 med – Green Pepper- diced
1 med – Red Pepper- diced
1 tsp – Cilantro
Black Pepper to taste
 
Directions
Heat oil and garlic and add sausage- sauté 5 minutes
Add vegetables and simmer 3 minutes
Add Clams and FRANK`S RedHot Chili`n Lime  and simmer 3 minutes.
Add Cilantro and simmer till Clams are open- ready to serve. DISCARD any unopened clams.
