Spinach Ranch Dip

  Ingredients
  3/4 cup sour cream 
  1/2 cup Kraft Rancher`s Choice Dressing
  1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  1/2 cup shredded carrots
  1/2 cup finely chopped yellow pepper
  




Directions

1.  Mix sour cream and dressing in medium bowl until well blended. 
2.  Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover. 
3.  REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving. 
4.  Serve as a dip with your favourite Christie Crackers or your favourite vegetable dippers. 

To Jazz It Up:

Add sliced green onions, minced garlic and a dash of hot pepper sauce to the prepared dip before chilling.
Special Extra:
Serve in a hollowed-out pumpernickel bread round or tortilla bowl. To make a tortilla bowl, drape a coloured flour tortilla over an inverted microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. Remove tortilla from bowl; place, rounded side down, on wire rack. Cool completely. Fill with dip just before serving.
