Lemon Broccoli Chicken

Cook Time: 18 minutes Number of Servings: 4

 3 Tsp Oil
 4 Ounces Milk
 1 Whole Lemon
 1/8 Tsp Pepper
 4 Whole EdenValley Boneless Breast, skinless
 1 Can Cream of Broccoli Soup

Instructions:
Cut 4 thin slices from 1 lemon.  Squeeze the juice for the
remainder.  In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp. of oil and cook 4 boneless,
skinless chicken breasts for 10 minutes (or until browned). 
Remove.  In the same skillet combine 1 can cream of broccoli
soup, the lemon juice, 1/2 cup milk and 1/8 tsp of pepper.  
Heat to boiling and return the chicken.  Top with the lemon
slices.  Cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or
until the chicken is done.
