Oven-Barbecued Chicken

 1 Clove Garlic, minced
 2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
 1 Cup Ketchup
 1/4 Cup Water
 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
 1/2 Tsp Salt
 1/8 Tsp Pepper
 1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
 2-3 Pounds EdenValley Frying Chicken, cut up &
 skinless
 3 Small Onions, sliced & separated into rings

Instructions:
Heat oven to 375F.  In small saucepan over medium heat,
sauté garlic in margarine about 1 minute.  Stir in ketchup,
water, brown sugar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce;
bring to a boil.  Reduce heat.  Cover; simmer 5 minutes,
stirring occasionally.  Arrange chicken pieces in ungreased
12"x 8" baking dish.  Place onion rings over chicken; pour
sauce over top.  Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until
chicken is tender, basting occasionally.
