Oven-Fried Chicken

 1 Whole Egg
 1/2 Cup Milk
 1/2 Cup Flour
 2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
 1 Tbsp Paprika
 1 Tsp Salt
 1/4 Cup Margarine, melted
 3 Pounds EdenValley Thighs, Boneless

Instructions:
Whisk egg and milk.  In a bag combine flour, bread crumbs,
baking powder, paprika and salt.  Dip chicken in egg mixture,
then shake in flour mixture.  Place on baking sheet, drizzle with
melted margarine.  Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
