Pineapple Chicken

 1 Whole EdenValley Frying Chicken, cut up &
 skinless
 14 Ounce Can Pineapple Chunks
 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
 2 Whole Onions, sliced
 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
 2 Tbsp Vinegar
 1 Whole Green Pepper
 1 Cup Celery
 6 Ounce Can Mushrooms

Instructions:
Drain mushrooms, add pineapple juice, put in measuring cup
and add enough water to make 2 cups.  Fry chicken pieces in
pan, then add water, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar, mushrooms,
pineapple, pepper, celery, and onions.  Cook for 15 minutes. 
Thicken with flour if necessary.
