Clearwater Crab Cakes

Ingredients
16 oz Clearwater Crab Meat
3 Eggs
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Green onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tbsp. Lemon juice
1 ¼ cup Bread Crumbs, divided
½ cup Flour
2 tbsp. Oil 

Directions
Mix together crab meat, 1 egg, mayonnaise, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and ¾ cup breadcrumbs.
Form crab mixture into patties. Lightly coat with flour. 

Slightly beat the remaining eggs. Dip the crab patties into the egg wash. Coat with remaining breadcrumbs.
Place patties on waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Heat oil in large frying pan. Brown crab patties in hot oil on both sides. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with tartar sauce.
