4 Large EdenValley Chicken Breast, cut in
bite-sized cubes
2 Cup Broccoli Florets, blanched
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Cloves Garlic, minced
Pinch Pepper
1 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce
8 – 10 Slices French Bread, thin slices
1/2 Cup Cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Season to taste chicken breast cubes and sauté in non-stick
pan until no longer pink inside. In a large casserole, toss
together broccoli and cubes of chicken. Combine cream of
mushroom soup, mayonnaise, garlic, pepper, and
Worcestershire sauce (add or subtract the seasonings to
taste.) Pour sauce over broccoli and cheddar. Bake at 350
degrees.
You can use Teriyaki sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce. Serve
with rice and French Bread, thinly sliced.
