Potato Rosti

Ingredients

Clarified Butter (or good quality oil, sunflower)

10 Medium size potatoes, peeled and grated  

50 gram melted butter
Salt and Pepper
Good Teflon non-stick pan

Directions
1)      Peel and rinse all potatoes, pass through a course grater and season with salt and pepper

2)      Heat pan and add clarified butter or sunflower oil

3)      Place grated potatoes in pan and shape with spatula

4)      Reduce heat to medium and cook until golden brown

5)      Now flip the rosti and cook the other side until golden brown

6)      Add butter for taste and turn stove down to low heat

7)      Cut and serve  (Serves 4 people)
