Turkey Taco Dip

1/4 cup               chopped green pepper
1/4cup                chopped yellow pepper
1 pkg.                 Philadelphia light cream cheese (250 g.)            
1 container        light sour cream    (200 mL)                                       
1/2 pkg.              Spicy Taco seasoning
1/2 bottle            Mild Salsa sauce
1/4 cup               water
1 lb.                    Ground Eden Valley turkey
1 tbsp                 canola oil
1/8 tsp                cumin
1/8 tsp                onion powder
1/8 tsp                garlic powder
1 tsp                    salt

Place oil in non-stick skillet, add ground turkey, salt, onion powder, cumin and garlic powder.  Saute on medium low heat.  Combine taco seasoning with water, stir until smooth.  Pour over ground meat mixture and increase temperature to medium high until cooked.  (Approximately 6 minutes) Set aside.

Cream Philadelphia cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.   Spread evenly in serving dish.  Top with salsa sauce. Top with ground turkey mixture and garnish with peppers.
